We are seeking a Director, HR Client Consulting to be the go-to person for all things related to people strategy and overall team morale. Work with our HR specialty teams on issues your clients need assistance with, consult on topics such as compensation, associate relations and recruiting. You'll also partner to facilitate special integrations or organizational improvements that happen naturally in changing environments.
Roles and Responsibilities
Design and execute the people strategy aligned with the overall technology strategy across the business line
Collaborate with HR partner groups on the design of key HR programs: provide feedback, input, and change management considerations to ensure that end products are relevant, applicable and achieve desired end results
Lead the delivery and acceptance of core HR processes (i.e., Associate Engagement, Performance Management, Staffing, Leadership Development and Change Management)
Provide coaching, guidance and action planning on Diversity and Inclusion
Drive performance management and monitor and analyze key HR performance indicators including attrition and recruiting statistics
Provide innovative and creative solutions with a willingness to push and challenge for transformative work
Bachelor's degree or military experience
At least 8 years of client facing experience or at least 8 years of consulting experience or a combination
MBA or Masters degree
Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification
At least 10 years of client facing experience or atleast 10 years of consulting experience or a combination
At least 8 years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting
At least 3 years of experience in people management
At least 3 years of experience in strategic consulting
