BTC's mission is to provide the highest quality Information Technology services to our Federal & Commercial clients.

BTC has a need for additional Sr. Information Assurance Analyst. Candidates will be working with our team of highly qualified professionals within our growing organization to achieve the goals of our clients and the BTC organization. We are looking for enthusiastic and high-energy individuals with previous experience in Information Assurance Technology. The place of performance for the available positions are in two locations, Alexandria, VA & Arlington, VA.

Sr. Information Assurance Analyst Job Description:

• Research Army Information Assurance and Information Security policies (present and future)
• Lead the development and planning of future Army needs to include: certification, security architecture design, security engineering analysis, Information Assurance, INFOSEC, FISMA, DIACAP/DITSCAP/NIACAP,
• Must learn the highly challenging and complex system-wide information assurance/system security requirements based upon the analysis of user, operational, policy, regulatory, and resource demands.
• Must support the development and implementation of Information Assurance-related doctrine, policies, and architectures.
• Must provide leadership and guidance to team members in the development, design, and application of solutions associated with DIACAP requirements.
• Coordinates with senior representatives to establish and define programs, resources, schedules, and risks.
• Use expertise to manage and understand the highly sensitive government systems and networks requiring specialized security features and procedures.
• Examples may include Virtual Private Networks, firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, vulnerability assessment techniques, and other security boundary technologies and processes.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to research and development, understanding the migration of risks, understanding policy and compliance, understanding policies and procedures using technical and analytical skills.
• Other areas may include planning, training, and preparation for contingency and disaster recovery operations.

Vision Care Coverage: Under the BTC benefit program, you automatically receive vision care coverage through the Davis Vision Network Plan when you elect BTC medical coverage. If you opt out of the medical plan there is no vision coverage. Davis Vision Network covers a range of vision care needs, including regular eye exams and a wide array of eyewear.

Prescription Drug Coverage: The health plan covers prescription drugs if received through a pharmacy, a doctor’s office, or a hospital. The plan provides prescription drug coverage where most drugs are covered at 100% after a copayment. The plan also offers a mail order benefit, which provides a 90-day supply for one copayment.

Brandon Technology Savings and Investment Plan: The BTC Savings and Investment Plan is a 401(k) savings plan that allows employees to save pay on a pre-tax basis (subject to plan limits). BTC matches 100% of employees’ contributions up to the first 3% and 50% up to the next 2% of eligible compensation they save. The plan offers many investment options. BTC accepts rollover contributions from other qualified plans such as from a former employer's plan.

Tuition Reimbursement Program: BTC offers to all employees 100% pre-approved technical training and job related educational reimbursement. Additional coverage includes 75% for books up to $2,000 available upon completion upon 1 year of employment.

Bonus Program: BTC offers a comprehensive employee bonus plan including spot bonuses and yearend bonus. The plan is based on employee performance and company performance at Management discretion.
