About the Warehouse Operations Team
You will be part of the Warehouse Operations organization is responsible for representing the warehouse team by performing warehouse functions including but not limited to driving, receiving, stocking, picking, cataloging, and returns processing. You will collaborate with other business functions to support the Williams-Sonoma, Inc. photo studio and business partners.
Overview of the Warehouse Supervisor (Inbound) role
You will manage and motivate the team by giving direction and leadership, monitoring performance to ensure the facility achieves high performance levels for the purpose of ensuring the provision of an effective and efficient quality service to our customer. You will be responsible for ensuring that the product is moved through the warehouse efficiently and in a safe and timely manner, and that products are maintained in an organized, safe manner. This role oversees the immediate Warehouse team, including managing warehouse personnel, logistical planning, documentation, providing customer service, and fulfilling other projects/ tasks related to warehouse management.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
