Position Summary

This is a Key Person position at the Sustainment Exercise and Simulation Directorate (SESD) Fort Gregg-Adams, VA in support of the National Simulation Center (NSC) Support Operations (SO) task order under MTCCS II IDIQ. Trideum is seeking best-qualified individuals for its upcoming bid in support of this task order. The expected award and start work date is March-April 2024.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all devices associated with the operations in managing four classified networks.
  • Configure and maintain the networked computer system, including hardware, system software, applications, and security updates.
  • Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
  • Ensure data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.
  • Replace and upgrade defective or outdated components when necessary.
  • Monitor system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
  • Research and recommend new approaches to improve the networked computer system.
  • Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
  • Collaborate in the planning and implementation of ADP security by applying, Government security lockdowns as directed by the Government for all devices connected to the network and network management workstations.
  • Provide technical support when requested.
  • Document any processes that employees need to follow to successfully work within a computing system.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Information Technology.
  • 4 years experience in software installation, configuration, maintenance and security within Microsoft Windows, all components of Microsoft Server and Linux family of operating systems; including expertise in hardware and software standards and protocols.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database operations
  • Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Microsoft MCSE certification or similar
  • United States citizenship
  • Active Secret Clearance
