Most of the attention in human resources tends to be focused on the for-profit sector; however, there's a potentially greater need in the non-profit world to put money and training into effective HR strategies, recruiting and hiring. Lisa Brown Morton, president and CEO of Nonprofit HR, tells Tim Muma about the variety of challenges that exist in relation to human resources and non-profits.
